General steps to preparing a special ad. We;ll be getting a manual together soon.
1. Check inventory 60 days or less in advance.
2. Go to the currently advertised special ad doc to see if one is there already. (See A Below.)  If so, check the ad to see if it is current.  (See B below for how to find the ad.)   If it is and it's time to renew it, renew or repost it.
If it isn't, make sure to make all changes.  Then renew or repost it.
3. If there isn't an ad, look for a template in the Special Ad folder. If there isn't one there, copy an ad, make the adjustments necessary and create one.
Make sure pricing is right. Normally 40 day rate, then 60. Just in case the 60 day rate is lower, the rate structure on the ad needs to be correct.
If needed, change the number of bedrooms and square footage.
Ad $10 to booking fee and take $5 off of nightly rate.
NOTES: No resort name in ad. One ad for Waikiki, one for Maui, consolidate inventory of all resorts as needed. Only 1 ad per day per location. For example, day 1, 1 bedroom, day 2 studio, day three 2 bedroom.
For example, this one is going to be:

Day 1 Waikiki 1 bedroom Dec 12-26, Jan 6-12 or any part

Day 2 Waikiki studio Dec 18-29, Jan 6-14 or any part.
