FOR THOSE WHO WANT THE ANSWERS IN A NUTSHELL
1. Contact us for availability. We'll respond quickly to all requests. If we have availability, we'll send you a calendar, price quote and our phone number.
2. If you're interested, let us know and we'll put the unit on a one day courtesy hold.
3. Once you're sure, make payment by credit card on the phone or PAYPAL.
4. We'll call the timeshare company and confirm the reservation in your name.
5. You'll check into the resort in your name and become part of our 100% satisfied guests.
LONG VERSION FOR THOSE WHO LIKE ALL THE DETAILS
FIRST: Check the price for the time frame and unit size. We post a complete rate schedule as well as rate calculators. Just put in the dates you want over the existing dates and you'll see the total price, tax and all fees included. Some resorts (noted on our website) charge fees for parking and or internet.
SECOND: E-mail us for availability. All the availability calendars are on a secure portion of the timeshare companies site. We will paste it when we reply to you. We'll provide our phone number with availability.
DURING BUSINESS HOURS:
1. YOU CONTACT US: You contact us by e-mail or if needed by phone requesting that a unit be secured for a possible reservation. It is our policy that if we can meet all or virtually all of your requested dates less than 40 days in advance, and only 1 unit is available, that we secure the time immediately and send you notice that we put the unit on hold.
2. WE SECURE THE TIME: We call VI (hours) and put the unit(s) on hold. Good until close of next business day. If VI is closed, we will call when they open.
4. CONFIRM THE HOLD: We call VI and confirm the hold.
5. SEND THE CONFIRMATION: We send you a confirmation with your name and reservation number copied from the VI website.
NIGHTS, HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS: We can book the "Over 40 Days in advance rates" when VI is closed. We can also book last minute "Less than 40 Days" at certain resorts that have VI employees.
1. YOU CONTACT US: You contact us by e-mail or if needed by phone requesting that a unit be secured for a possible reservation.
2. PAYMENT: When we hear from you that you're ready to make payment, we start a reservation on-line which secures the time for about 20 minutes. We receive payment from you. See Full FAQ for details.
3. MAKE THE RESERVATION: After receiving payment, we then complete the reservation on-line.
4. SEND THE CONFIRMATION: We immediately send you a confirmation with your name and reservation number copied from the VI website.
